But that’s where the good part ends. The customer service is terrible after you pay: they take a long time to respond, they mix up the documents to be reviewed with other people’s, and when you make a complaint on social media—especially on Instagram—they block you and delete your comments. You’re not allowed to think differently; they run their business like a dictatorship. We had to turn to another agency for the entire sponsorship process to come to Canada. In terms of marketing, advertising, and social media management, they are excellent: Eddy does a great job, and my girlfriend even started following her on YouTube. Great. But that’s where the good part ends.
