SCAM ALERT I hired Rosana Pancotto from Prairie Sky Immigration and my brother-in-law did the same. In total we paid $16,000 Canadian dollars. Payment was taken by her upfront, but after a decent kick start and introduction, Rosanna gradually stopped replying emails or answering her phone. Eventually she completely ghosted us. Her behaviour resembled exactly that of a scam artist. We missed all of our deadlines and were helpless with our applications. We are now filing a complaint with the immigration authorities as this was a clear case of fraud.

The worst person you could ever hired!! Please stay away from her services. I contacted Rosanna and hired her service to apply for my PR, after paying her fees, she gave the impression that she was doing my process, however waiting for almost 3 years, i found out that she NEVER did my process. She will ghost you, never answer her phone, ignore your emails and when she reply she will never answer your questions and simply say how aggressive you are reaching her so many times. She is a terrible professional. STAY AWAY.

Stay away from this person We paid Rosanna last year over $2000 for doing our application. Unfortunately in this woman is no trust at all you will lose money and time. We had so many questions not one has been answered there was no help at all. If you wait for response it take days or weeks until she is coming back, if she is coming back never with the answer to your question. We have done from our side we could and even more. Last month we found out that Rosanna took our money for nothing what rosanna have done was a free application and nothing else and charge for a free application over $2000.we lost now a year on this person and money.there is no trust she is doing appointments and let you down more times without letting you know after days she will apologise and blame her child. Rosanna knew we came all the way from England to get all sorted nothing have been done in a year. I spoke to Rosanna and explained I’m disappointed because there was no help or any results / response. Rosanna started to get rude and didn’t want to refund us. End of the day we lost a year and have to start from 0 because of this person. Please stay away don’t listen if she is telling you she can help this is all lies she is taking your money and let you down. Thank you Rosanna for taking our money and do nothing

Moving from the states to Manitoba seemed more and more daunting and impossible the more we googled. She was so quick to respond and the initial consultation made everything seem like we could actually accomplish it. She gave constant feedback, and always answered any question we had, no matter how many times we asked it. I honestly don’t think we could’ve done any of it without her. I had lots of concerns with securing my citizenship and the process. I got my appointment which was suppose to be for one hour but to my suprise Rosanna did not rushed me and make sure she clarify the steps involved and explained on how we will go about it. This showed me how committed was she to help. She was very economical and only charged when we complete each milestone. She responded to my email on time and the entire process became easy and stress free thanks to her expertise and dedication.
