You want a seat back and read this I just called Ms. Tabatabi office because I need a consultation regarding a immigration case after I spoke with the receptionist was young lady she even didn’t introduce her self properly she told me today I can’t not talk to her and has to be next week then I told her I can’t Monday because I’m at work then she said let me see if I can schedule you for today between clients it’s going to be consultation of $250 Ca and I told her it’s fine I provide her my email address so she can send me the link and I didn’t receive however she calls me back and she ask me if Receive the email and I told her no and she said strange I even send it Twice then I told her wait second let me check my junk email she thought I’m lying to her or something and I was just try to have Friendly conversation with her saying I should go to law school 5 minutes of conversation 250 is good money etc…… then she get really mad thinking I’m just finding excuses to not paying the fee and told me OMG she had 20 years of experience etc… and telling you don’t want to pay you don’t to talk to her and she hang up on me!!!!! NOW WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT ????? We all do respect for Ms. tabatabi do you know how many Immigration attorneys they’re working in Ontario. I’m pretty sure I can get the answer I want today before 5 PM, but that’s not how you treat your customer. You should respect people and have some sense of humor and is no need to be mean with people when you are working in attorney office and you represent them also I strongly suggest Ms. Tabatabi and her son to get the bottom of this matter before you guys losing more customers bad I can only tell you as customer I Didn’t appreciate the way was treated Not recommending at all

A strong and professional team who truly know what they are doing and handle the case in the best possible way. There are also some young members in the team who occasionally make mistakes, so as the file owner, you need to review all the information 5–6 times to make sure a simple error doesn’t negatively affect the process. The only issue for me was the timing, as my tasks were often completed at the very last moment. But thankfully, everything went very well in the end.
