I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel future clients should understand what they may be paying for here. My wife’s PR was eventually approved, and I do give credit for the work being done somewhat properly (minus an additional 3 weeks delay due to feedback that the IRCC needed more info on). However, the service experience itself was far below what I expected for approximately $5,000 in total costs (gov fees of almost 2k + their 3k fees) . Communication was extremely slow throughout the process, often taking 3–7 days for responses. In a stressful immigration process, that level of delay creates unnecessary anxiety and slows progress. It also became clear very quickly that phone support was basically nonexistent after the onboarding/sales call. Messages and urgent requests were not returned. The most disappointing part was the change in attitude after payment was made. The friendliness during the sales process did not match the experience afterward. Instead of feeling guided through a complicated immigration process, I often felt dismissed, talked down to, or treated like asking questions was a problem. Many replies consisted of screenshots of older emails rather than direct explanations or actual client support. At one point I was even warned about my “tone” for simply pushing for clarity on an urgent question, despite remaining respectful throughout the process. For the price charged, I expected helpful communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would not recommend this service to others looking for strong client care and communication.
