June 2023, I visited her office for immigration services. She took all the monies up front. I realized that she was prepared to do illegal and processes through the back door. She misled me to believe that she would set up business in a caribbean island for my niece (who I paid to get her immigrated). This was never a pathway for immigration. Her action constitutes professional misconduct. Since June 10th, 2025, two (2) years after, I have requested refunded of my monies $7,550.00. She continuously makes petty excuses. Sometimes she sets up appointments and cancels last minute. She is deceitful and takes money from people without providing any service. A thief hiding behind her professional name. In her office was her husband, a retired judge. Thinking that they are people of integrity and how they spoke, I believed in them but it turned out the ones who should uphold the law are the biggest scammers. I am moving forward to the college and court to ensure the law is also aware of their scams and misconduct. Stay away.....be warned.....they are thieves in disguise.

I am waiting for my assessment hearing in small court claims. I had met Ms.Mala from Sharma Singh immigration Inc for my PR process on March 2024. There was another person called Ray also.The day we met itself she showed some ID which was so convincing. She promised to help us. She got a representative form and made us sign. She said we had to book a slot so that our position would be there for the program. We had to pay the money to their Trust account by taking a demand draft. She said that at any point of time if we withdraw she would hold cad 500$ and rest would be refunded.After 2 days we were told to pay the government fees. She was just forcing that it had to be as soon as possible. Later a person called Gita told me she is the admin and will deal with my paper work.After we paid the fees, from then on we have been waiting for months. We kept calling Mala, Ray and Gita no proper response. We send emails, Whatsapp messages calls no reply. Once she told me to come to her office. I went all the way from Scarborough to Brampton by cab with my 2 kids. The office was closed. From a person working in the same complex I got to know that mostly people come asking for money for their refund and put notes on the door. We clearly said we dont want any program and a refund is needed. No response. I'm going to file a complaint and move legally because a whole family with kids are affected because of this unprofessional service. I have more proofs for all the things stated above. I shall mention here if i get my amount till then please dont fall into these scams. Update as of Nov 9th 2024: Mala had called me to Krispy Kreme for the refund. I had waited there for 2.5 hours still she didn't turn up. Again fooling people and wasting our time and money. No value for our time. Please dont fall into these scam immigration consultant. Also I discovered the admin they say as Gita is her daughter. The whole family is doing this it seems taking others money. As of December 20,2024 I have not yet received my refund. Moved to small claims court.

Has any body tried to take Marla to small claims court? If yes, can you please share the process with me? I am also a victim like so many of you here and i want to take her to court for my money. Until now, she has not given me a receipt reflecting an amount i gave her through e-transfer. I read from the last person saying he should have read all the negative comments here before giving out his hard earned money to Mala. I read all the negative comments and asked her about it and she told me they were false, but with my experience now, I would caution any serious person to be very careful dealing with this woman⚠️ . After not being impressed about the turn of things, I asked for the money i gave her for which she claimed was the ircc processing fee. And to my surprise, she said she was taking that money to cover the review of the documents i forwarded to her- i canwrite a hole book on this - which is why i ended whatever help she said she was going to give me.

Hey Mala Sharma………. I am highly dissatisfied with the service I received from Mala Singh Immigration Inc. I was promised a refund that was never processed, despite numerous follow-ups and assurances from you and you had repeatedly made false promises and fooling us all the time but after waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. The lack of professionalism and transparency is alarming, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to be cautious. This company has shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, and I will be seeking legal action to recover the money owed to me. Do not waste your time or money with this company. All the Mala singh Team are fraud. ** Not Even a Single Star is worth for review.

I personally know one of the reviewers. Everything he said is true and I witnessed it in person. She took money which was counted by 4 folks(including me and one assistant from her side) and she has done nothing for this money from her end so far. She signed an agreement and said she would send the agreement copy the next day. It has been over three months and no document received back so far from her office. Do not use Mala Singh Sharma for any legitimate needs. Her practice is NOT at all professional. You will go in circles and will lead to nothing but just waste your time and money. She did not even inform the employer of any progress or problems. I came to know from my sources that she has been served with some legal notice. I am sure that soon we will see civil and criminal charges in the news against her/her practice. I do not recommend her, save your money and go for some other reputed firm. The other negative reviews about this place are absolutely true, And we wish we had gone through those reviews before handing over our hard earned money to them.
