Sorry but the AC system in the rooms was on the warm side. Also, sadly my son had an incident in the washroom with a stranger and it was not a good experience. Otherwise room was ok for the price, plus the Filipina front desk officer/staff was very warm and helpful. Thank you

The instructors do not respond to emails on time, or does not answer the questions asked in the email. I also received very different responses from the jun vs course organizers. No refund was given even though I was told by the Hub that the program directors should be able to accommodate. Equipment ordered also came in months late, and no one contacted me to give any updates. When I emailed 4 months after I was told it was shipped, I got the response that it only arrived recently and they had not had time to contact me and everyone else had to wait too. Where are they getting these equipment from?? It had to take 4 months to get here??? I don't believe what they are saying. But there is nothing I can do, since the college does not want to take responsibility.

My experience with Seneca College has been disappointing. International students pay very high tuition fees, but the quality of education does not match the price. Many classes are online with little interaction, and teaching often consists of reading slides. Overall, the value for money is very poor, and there should be better oversight to ensure quality standards. I expected more from Canadian education.

Love the diversity in background & talents of the community. Good leisurely activities, nice architecture, and reasonable tuition that feels worth it given the education you're getting. Services were never a pain to deal with for me. Most teachers are great. Don't know what the residencies are like, though. A solid 9/10, would recommend.

The Open House was well organized and our nephew could apply on the spot. They even give him a FREE sweater after completing the application. Program advisors gave detailed information about the specific program interested. Well 👍 done to Seneca staff.
