We contracted this company to represent us previously. Our agent said to us that while she couldn't state she had a perfect success rate it was almost. Our application was not successful. When we asked her for a copy of our file she sent us via email the complete file of a different person. Upon reviewing her submission is seemed choppy and incomplete. After hiring an immigration lawyer Our case went thru properly and without issue successfully. This is not a paid review. We would not recommend this company. 1 star for the complimentary pen.
