I recently received my PR card, and I want to share my experience with eVisa Migration. Firstly, it’s important to understand that when you hire eVisa, you are not paying for them to complete 100% of your application for you. You are paying for strategy, guidance, and direction, and from my experience, that’s where their value truly is. My journey started when I reached one year of Canadian work experience and was referred to Leomir. He clearly explained the immigration paths available to me and my wife. We signed with eVisa, and they opened our Express Entry profile, however at that point, our score wasn’t high enough for an ITA. Since our original work permits were expiring soon, he suggested the Francophone Mobility Program as a bridge strategy. I took the advice seriously, studied French, and worked hard to achieve the score needed for the Francophone work permit. With my employer’s support, we applied successfully. Later, I retook the French exam and obtained a higher score, which finally gave us enough points for an Express Entry invitation. Six months later, we landed as permanent residents. I can say with confidence that the strategy and counsel from Leomir directly contributed to us getting PR, but it’s up to the client to do most of the document gathering and preparation. Applicants should take this into consideration, you must be very involved, proactive, and organized. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be communication. After the strategy stage, you’re assigned a case manager, and responses can sometimes take a long time even after multiple follow‑ups. Given how time-sensitive immigration steps can be, I think this is something eVisa could improve. Overall, we are satisfied with the service provided by Leomir and eVisa Migration and would recommend them to people who, like us, aren’t experts in Canadian immigration programs and need guidance to navigate the different pathways.

Unfortunately, my experience with e-Visa was extremely disappointing, especially considering the company has many positive reviews, which made the poor treatment I received feel personal. From the beginning, I faced serious communication issues. Receiving a response from them usually took one week or more, and on several occasions I had to call their office just to get an answer. Key issues: • My initial consultation started 20 minutes late. • It took five weeks for them to submit my application; by then, the processing time had increased significantly. • The job offer letter, prepared following their advice, was one of the reasons my application was refused. • In addition to their fees, I incurred multiple extra expenses due to incomplete or misleading guidance. During the process, I had to escalate the situation to both the Operations Director and Customer Service, and my lawyer’s assistant was replaced. Although I received an apology, the inefficient service continued. After the refusal, I considered reapplying with them since they already had all my documents, but the new proposal they sent had the wrong name, incorrect job terms, and incorrect pricing, which completely broke my trust. I understand that government decisions are outside their control, but effective, timely, and professional communication is not. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend e-Visa. The process was stressful, expensive, and full of avoidable mistakes.

I had a very disappointing experience with eVisa Immigration. • I paid over $8,000 for my PR process. • No Express Entry submission was ever completed. • My case dragged on for months due to poor communication. Most of the work done was basic form filling. Simple steps took months to complete. There was no proactive guidance or real legal strategy. The team presents themselves as immigration lawyers. In reality, the service felt administrative, not professional. Delays cost me valuable time and ultimately hurt my PR chances. I strongly felt the process was extended unnecessarily. Each delay came with more fees and no progress. There are many qualified immigration lawyers who charge a third of this price and deliver real results. I regret trusting this firm with something so important. I still feel angry thinking about how much money and time I lost. I would not recommend eVisa Immigration to anyone serious about their future in Canada.
