I chose this consultancy because I was told that there was a 99% chance of my Canada visa approval, which gave me confidence to proceed with my application through them. Due to the trust and assurance provided by the team, I paid ₹40,000 as their service fee, whereas many other agents were charging around ₹25,000 for similar services. Unfortunately, after the visa refusal, my experience changed completely. I have been trying to contact the consultant and staff members through calls and messages to discuss my case and understand the next steps, but my calls are not being answered and my messages are not being replied to. I understand that visa outcomes are never guaranteed, and refusals can happen. However, I expected support, guidance, and communication after the decision, especially considering the premium fee I paid based on the trust and confidence they created during the process. The lack of communication after taking payment has been very disappointing and frustrating. Clients deserve proper support and timely responses, particularly when dealing with important immigration matters that affect their future plans. I hope the company improves its customer service and post-application support so that other clients do not have a similar experience.
