Just no star for them.I had a very disappointing experience with Global Era Immigration. They handled my PGWP application, but my application was refused because the required restoration fee was not paid when it was submitted. This mistake caused me significant stress, delays, and additional expenses to try to resolve the situation. I trusted them to ensure my application was complete and accurate, but my experience did not meet my expectations. I recommend that anyone using their services carefully review all documents and confirm that all required fees have been paid before the application is submitted. By visiting their office just for wasting money and time. Even after getting the refusal, the staff don't know the reason behind it. And what will be next step. They just ask we can do whatever you want. Less knowledge about the rules which were already implemented. Please avoid to take any suggestions, they areperfect to make the simple case into complicated way👎👎.

I am extremely disappointed with the overall service, communication style, and professionalism of this immigration consultancy. From the very beginning, I was made to believe that I would receive full guidance, transparency, and timely updates regarding my Canadian visa application. However, throughout the entire process, I have had to chase repeatedly for even the simplest updates. Most responses were one-word replies with no explanation, clarity, or support, even during stressful stages of my application when I urgently needed information. What has caused the most distress is that the consultant does not forward or explain the actual IRCC emails or official requests — instead, they simply send short WhatsApp messages asking me for documents without providing any context or showing the original communication from immigration authorities. This lack of transparency created significant anxiety and uncertainty. As a client, I expected better communication, acknowledgment of my concerns, and proper sharing of IRCC documentation. Instead, I was left constantly confused and worried, with no proactive guidance or reassurance. For a service that deals with something as important as immigration, this level of communication and support is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise future clients to be cautious, ensure they have full access to their IRCC account, and confirm that all IRCC emails are shared directly with them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this consultancy.
