I had a very disappointing experience that seriously impacted my immigration journey and career. The consultant made me write my own job duties for the SINP Job Approval Letter (JAL) application, instead of handling it properly like a professional RCIC or immigration lawyer would. After waiting over three months, the application was rejected. Instead of correcting the NOC code, they just made minor changes to the job duties and reapplied, wasting even more time. Eventually, SINP changed their rules, and applying for a JAL became impossible. I lost nearly two years of my work permit with no clear future — all due to poor guidance and lack of accountability. Avoid working with an employer or consultant who doesn't give a damn about your immigration journey. I strongly advise others to go with a well-experienced, attentive RCIC who actually listens and understands your case.
