I paid $140 for a PR consultation expecting clear answers about my Certificate of Qualification (COQ) question and PR pathway which was my main concern. While the Consultant was polite and provided basic information nicely, my key question was not properly answered. Instead, I was sent a website link that did not contain any clear information about the Certificate of Qualification. For a paid consultation, I expected more direct, accurate, and case-specific guidance rather than general information. Service was courteous, but the main issue remained unresolved.
