I, Jaspreet Kaur after completing my 2 years experience working as a Home Childcare Provider, applied for Permanent Residence through another consultant. After wasting my few months and not doing anything, I changed my consultant and I approached Harmanjot Sodhi. He guided me and started my Permanent Residency case. My cousin sister too applied through him after getting rejected from another consultant and not only he got her visa to work in Canada as In-Home caregiver in 2018, he also applied her case for PR under TR to PR program and she too got PR through him.

My spouse Rajwant Kaur Bola has received her work permit today along with me with the help of Harmanjot Singh Sodhi. I came to Canada along with my spouse who is a GNM nurse from back home. I came on Supervisa and my spouse came with me on visitor visa and then she obtained LMIA caregiver work permit in 2019. Later in 2021 with the earlier consultant we applied PR. That was refused. We were totally shattered. I Harkamaljeet singh karda, as I applied for work permit in 2007 for Canada and I got refused and again my spouse Sarvjeet karda Applied under Quebec skilled worker in 2011 as she is a registered nurse in India and after many years in the process our file got refused just because of income tax issue. There after in 2015 I applied schooling visa for my kid(minor) Avneet singh karda from Patiala and I lost lots of money it was applied under schooling visa as we were told that both parents will go along with child on dependent visa then applied for visitor visa in 2018 and it was refused due to not having travel history. finally, on 1 January 2023 my wife applied under HSW pilot program to take care of her real mother in law from Harmanjot sodhi of Global village Immigration and the sincere efforts of sodhi sir and his able team in India and Canada, we got our caregiver visa in just 11 months, we received the passport request in November 2023 and today on 31 January 2024 me, my spouse and my 2 children arrived in Canada with 3 years occupational based restricted open work permit for my spouse and I got 3 years open work permit, my children got study permit. I am very thankful to Sodhi sir of global village immigration solution Ltd. For shaping our future and uniting us with our old parents. I Jaspreet kaur applied for LMIA based nanny work permit and my case was refused in 2017 through another immigration consultant . I came to Canada on a Visitor Visa along with my spouse and 3 children on 9 October 2021. The LMIA was filed on 15th January 2022 for In Home Caregiver. My LMIA was obtained on 19th February 2022. My real sister was my employer in both the applications. Around June of 2022 when everyone was getting their file numbers, my file was refused, the timely action and communications by Harmanjot Sodhi brought me my application number and UCI number and my application for HCCPP was reinstated. I followed Harmanjot Sodhi's instruction as my sister had met him and he guided that if you spend a little more, all people applying from India and outside the Canada country, by the time they will reach Canada on their Work Permit, you would be applying for your Permanent Residency. That's exactly what happened!! It was not an easy journey, Harmanjot Sodhi and his team guided from time to time. Whenever a communique was received and it was swiftly addressed.
