I filled out a request for contact on their website and an account rep reached out to me about services. I was worried and out of time for an upcoming trip and was putting out a lot of requests for information/services. AllCleared was the first to get back to me. The rep was very nice and informative and let me know they could not provide the full service before my trip but could do legal opinion letter but could not guarantee entry. Over the phone I agreed to the service, billed over 10 months, and provided payment information. I received an email to electronically sign documents and while reading decided not to move forward with the service. I called customer service and spoke with a different rep and asked to cancel the service. I also emailed requesting to cancel the service. Both communications were made within one (1) hour (31 minutes actually) of completing the initial call. There never was a reply via email or phone to the these requests. No service had been provided. I had not signed any agreements. Despite these communications I was still charged over $400 for the first installment. I reached back out to the original rep and he advised that I dispute the charge with my credit card company since it was "past our 72-hour window", a period of time that was never communicated verbally or in writing. This is unexpected customer service from and organization that is supposed to be operating at the highest level of integrity. The people they represent are often desperately trying to navigate complicated immigration processes. Update: 1 -> 3 stars I contacted Allcleared customer service on 4/20 and spoke with my original representative. I asked for a reversal of the charge and he agreed to speak with management. The charge was reversed and posted 4/20.

I was calling around for my friend to be able to travel to the States as he has a record. This organization is not good, the services they offer are super easy to do yourself. They completely overcharge for “legal services” when they have no lawyers. I’m surprised they are allowed to offer legal services without being lawyers. They charge more than lawyers charge as well. Don’t trust someone like that with your money. Just do it yourself or get a better organization with actual lawyers to help you.

All Cleared ran a great service and was able to walk me through the process of obtaining my U.S. Entry waiver. Before obtaining their services it was honestly overwhelming and made me delay the process. That costed me roughly a year of time. Don’t hesitate, call them, pay the money, and let them walk you through the process and when they advise you on how to do something, do it the way they want it done. If they want one of your reference letters to be longer, or give off a different message, then have your reference re-write the letter. It’s they simple, just listen, and before you know it you will be in the U.S.A.
