Frontline Team is the worst representative for immigration since they have no commitment to their clients .My visa have been approved and I must submit my passport before Dec. 26, 2023. Therefore for several times , I asked them to send me my pass request letter in several emails , But unfortunately, I didn’t get any response from them and I have no idea why is it. so???                                                                              So I decided to change my representative and  it has many cost for me . I am passing a period full of stress , In my opinion there isn’t any positive point for Frontline Team . Would give negative stars if possible.

Only go to them if you have time to waste because they wont respond after the initial meeting and when they do the only excuse is that they were busy with other important stuff. I have asked them to provide me with the documents they submitted for my own reference, been to there office for the same reason only to hear they will send it to me when they are free and that was a month ago. First it took them 2 months to file a super visa file and now it has been almost another 2 months since I have been asking them for documents. Sent them documents to apply for a visitor visa and never heard back even after talking to them over the phone about it so save your money and time. Would give negative stars if possible.
