The one star reviews are real. The five star reviews are bots. This company is 100% a scam.I should know because I'm out thousands of dollars. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever worked with. It's all a call center in India. I paid $2300 USD based on incorrect information. I spent tons more money on tutors for tests that I could have never passed in the time given. Even though they kept telling me "Don't worry about it." They will say anything to get your money. No one you talk to is an expert and everone tells you something different. Up front I was given information that made the process seem attainable for me, but later given different information that made it apparent that it was not going to be feasible for me. Now that I’m requesting a refund they've stopped responding to my emails. Do not waste your money with this company. They will take it and run. I'm filing complaints with every Canadian organization I can find to hopefully put these scammers out of business. They will say or do anything to get you to sign and then give you the run around until you give up.

I’ve had a positive experience so far working with Paul Abrahams and the team- especially the documentation manager - Danny. The process of immigration can be overwhelming, and having professionals guide me on what documents to prepare and when to submit them has taken a lot of pressure off. That said, it’s important to stay actively involved in your own case. Following up regularly definitely helps keep things moving forward. I’m still in the document submission stage, but up to this point, I appreciate the clarity and support they’ve provided.

I felt the initial phase was a bit slow; getting my application into EE took much longer than I had anticipated. For over a month in the beginning, I didn't realize that they needed something from me. More follow-up would have been beneficial. However, ultimately, they were thorough. I'm confident that I have the best chance of getting my ITA for PR.

My experience with PAIC was overall positive. The team is knowledgeable and tries to help as much as possible in every ways in my process. Communication was transparent mostly and I am 100% satisfied with their service.. Highly recommended
