via GoogleExcellent university. They gave me all accommodations that I requested. It’s the best University for someone who wants to get a degree while taking care of family and work responsibilities. Loved the professors and the support they gave us.

via GoogleToday’s convocation was a beautiful and meaningful way to celebrate the last couple of years of hard work, growth, and perseverance. It was emotional, exciting, and a reminder of everything this journey represented. A special thank you to the staff working behind the scenes who were so friendly, organized, and helpful throughout the day. I’m grateful to have shared this experience with family who were there in person, loved ones cheering from home through the livestream, and my fellow graduates. A truly memorable and meaningful day that I’ll always look back on with gratitude.

via GoogleThis institution seems more focused on collecting money than supporting students. In my experience, they showed very little concern for students’ academic progress or future. I was not allowed to register for my courses and was told that I had to pay the entire $6,000 balance in advance before I could register. I find this policy unfair. A more reasonable approach would be to allow students to register and require outstanding fees to be cleared before classes begin. Instead, it felt like my academic status and course registration were being treated as secondary concerns, while payment was the only priority. The communication from the Student Finance Department was also very disappointing. Staff were often rude and dismissive when addressing genuine concerns. As an international student, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this institution to prospective students. Consider your options carefully before choosing to study here.

via GoogleMy experience with the Finance Department has been disappointing. I understand that students are responsible for paying their tuition fees on time, and I am willing to accept responsibility and pay any legitimate charges. However, I experienced a situation where a tuition payment was rejected by the bank despite there being sufficient funds available in my account at the time. When I contacted the Finance Department to understand the reason for the rejection, I found the communication unclear and inconsistent. Different staff members provided different information regarding payment extensions and penalties. Initially, I was given the impression that a short extension would be allowed, but a penalty was later added to my account. I attempted to provide evidence showing that sufficient funds were available in my bank account when the payment was processed. However, this information was not accepted, and I was repeatedly asked to obtain a bank draft. Unfortunately, my bank was unable to provide the specific documentation being requested because they could not identify the transaction, Only in the university system it was shown as “rejected by bank.” My communication with Cathy Marques was particularly frustrating. Many of my questions were left unanswered, and I often felt that my concerns were not being fully considered. Rather than receiving assistance in resolving the issue, I felt pressured to make payment without receiving a clear explanation. Eventually, I paid the outstanding balance, including the penalty, because I was unable to register for future courses otherwise. Before making the payment, I asked whether I could pay the remaining tuition first and discuss the penalty separately to avoid additional charges, but I did not receive a clear response to that request. As an international student, this experience was stressful and discouraging. I believe the Finance Department could improve its communication, consistency, and willingness to work with students who are genuinely trying to resolve payment issues. Better explanations, timely responses, and a more supportive approach would greatly improve the student experience.

via GoogleMy experience at this university has been truly rewarding. The courses are career-focused and give you practical knowledge that you can actually apply in the real world. The professors are supportive and bring valuable industry experience, which makes learning much more engaging. What stands out most is the emphasis on real-life projects, teamwork, and problem-solving—skills that are essential in today’s professional environment. It has helped me grow both academically and professionally. Overall, a great place to study if you are serious about your career growth.
