Jody is soooo disrespectful and abrupt and dishonors service level agreement. She is a Jamaican native but very distasteful in how she speaks and deals with people. I booked an appointment with her which never materialized and she called me two weeks after to curse me out over the phone for a mistake that she made and didn't even apologize. She did not give me a chance to speak and was very disrespectful in how she handled me. She did not address me by name or own up to her mistakes nor did she try to rectify the situation. She feels that she has possibly arrived and does not know how to treat clients. I would definitely not recommend her services to anyone and would advise you to save your money and go elsewhere to people that know how to handle clients in the appropriate manner. I repeat, run and do not waste your time. There are several other good immigration lawyers to choose from and she is not one of them.
