I called to book an appointment and was disappointed with the customer service I received. The person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful throughout the conversation. I was simply trying to schedule an appointment, but the interaction felt unprofessional and unpleasant. I hope customer service can be improved so future clients have a better experience.

0 stars. Very unprofessional service. I already paid last week to book an appointment, but they called me one hour after my scheduled appointment time. After that, they asked for another $250 just for a “checklist” and clearly stated it is non-refundable. Charging people $250 for a checklist makes no sense at all. This feels misleading and unfair. Clients should be informed properly about all charges before taking payment. Extremely disappointed with the communication, hidden fees, and overall experience. I will also be filing a complaint with IRCC regarding this matter. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

Better call Team Joban Gill top-notch service, all of my applications till now were submitted by them and all of those were approved, their attention to detail is outstanding, thorough throughout the process and always giving genuine advice. Definitely recommend to those looking for honest service for immigration needs.

Terrible experience at this Truway immigration. The receptionist karam is extremely ill-mannered, rude, and clearly not trained to deal with clients. She doesn’t know how to speak properly and comes across as completely unprofessional. First impressions matter, and this agency fails right at the front desk. Definitely would not recommend.Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any immigration consultant. She interrupts, talks without respect, and has no basic communication skills. Instead of assisting clients over the phone she makes you feel unwelcome and as if you’re bothering her just by asking simple questions. For an immigration office where people come with serious concerns about their future, this type of behavior is unacceptable. If the front desk can’t even treat clients with respect, it says a lot about the way this agency is run. I would strongly advise avoiding this place as it is just waste of your time and money. Just a small suggestion for the immigration agency owner please teach your receptionist some basic manners and etiquettes or you will loosing clients just because she doesn’t know how to talk with respect to clients whether over the phone or in person. Other two ladies working there are still okay but the receptionist at the front is terrible.
