via GoogleI had a terrible experience with this man. He makes you pay upfront, then tells you his life story, and then ignores you completely. I sent him emails, but they went unanswered. Beware. He seems friendly on his YouTube channel, but he's a completely different person in real life.

via GoogleI called the agency to inquire and schedule an appointment regarding a family member in Morocco, and I spoke with an insolent, unpleasant, and utterly deplorable person on the phone. I absolutely do not recommend this agency.
