I had a very disappointing experience with this immigration agent. At the beginning, they seemed very professional and promised full support throughout my immigration process. Because of their assurances, I trusted them and paid the required fees. However, after the payment was made, their attitude completely changed. The agent did not provide proper guidance regarding the application process or required documents. Many times I had to follow up myself to understand what steps needed to be done next. They rarely replied to my emails or phone calls, and when they did respond, the answers were very vague. Due to their poor communication and lack of responsibility, my application process was unnecessarily delayed. Important updates were not shared on time, and I often felt ignored and frustrated. For such an important and life-changing process like immigration, I expected professional support and clear communication, but unfortunately that was not the case. Overall, my experience was very stressful and disappointing. I would advise others to carefully research and consider other options before trusting this agent with their immigration matters.
