My experience with the university has been neither very good nor very bad. Some of the professors are excellent, and the university staff is very helpful. However, one professor, Hitu Sood, is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. She lacks basic common sense and doesn't know how to communicate respectfully. She often talks unnecessarily instead of helping students. She doesn't properly guide students or support them with their work. her behavior is seriously damaging the university's reputation and bringing its image down. In my experience, some of the staff members working in the Finance and Student Services departments have been unprofessional and unhelpful. Whenever I asked questions about my tuition fees or other student-related matters, I often did not receive clear or satisfactory answers. They did not seem interested in listening carefully or resolving students' concerns, and I felt they did not treat students with the respect and professionalism they deserved. Additionally, their attitude sometimes gave the impression that they considered themselves above students and behaved as if the university belonged to them, rather than focusing on providing proper support and service to students. My experience with these staff members was very disappointing.

I enrolled in the MBA program at International Business University because one of the major advantages offered at the time was the ability to pay tuition in three installments per semester. As an international student, this payment option played a significant role in my decision to choose IBU over other universities, as it made pursuing higher education financially manageable. Unfortunately, the university discontinued the installment payment option and now requires full payment before each semester. This was a very disappointing change, as many of us enrolled based on the payment structure that was originally available. I understand that institutions may update their policies, but I believe changes that significantly affect students' financial planning should be handled more carefully, especially for those who are already enrolled. It would have been fairer to allow existing students to continue under the payment arrangement that was in place when they accepted their offer. I hope the university will reconsider this decision or provide a transitional arrangement for current students. My intention is not to criticize the quality of education, but to raise awareness of a policy change that has had a significant impact on students who relied on the original payment options when choosing IBU.

I recently completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial and Management Analytics at International Business University, and my experience has been very positive. The professors were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help students succeed both academically and professionally. The study materials and course content were practical, relevant, and helped me develop valuable analytical and business skills. I was also impressed by the Student Services team. They were approachable, responsive, and always available whenever I needed assistance or guidance. Their support made my academic journey much smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, I am grateful for the learning experience, the supportive environment, and the opportunities I received during my time at IBU. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to advance their knowledge and career in business and analytics.
