Has anyone got in touch with this man? Been calling for over a month

Terrible service. It has been over a year with no resolution. I have yet to get my deposit back. All calls and emails have gone unanswered. Calvert Lewin is a con. Update April 1, 2025: Still no update, no refund. They do not answer calls, emails, texts, or anything else. I want my deposit back.

Spoke to Mr. Lewin once and he told me to call back in two days. Since then all calls have been going to voicemail. Luckily, I did not part with any cash. Do not waste time calling this man. I only gave 1 star because I had to give a star in order to post.

Went to this office with my brother 1 week ago. He paid a $2500 deposit. Decided not to move forward with the process as a bunch of false promises were made. He was told that he would not get his full deposit back as the file was already started. Numerous calls were made to pick up the balance. Now the lawyer refuses to answer the calls or even return turn. Stay away from this place. Worst customer service.
