Absolutely terrible experience!!!!!!!PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING THEM YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!!! This firm handled my OINP file in a highly unprofessional and careless manner. My application was submitted with multiple errors, including listing my field of study as “Computer and Information Sciences,” even though my actual qualifications are in post-graduate programs in Public Relations and Digital & Content Marketing. This does not reflect the documents I provided. My education was also incorrectly represented in the file despite being clearly listed in my EOI submission. When I raised this and provided supporting documents, I did not receive a clear resolution. Another major concern is the lack of transparency. The application was prepared and submitted without properly reviewing the details with me, leaving no opportunity to catch errors beforehand. My case was handled by Christine, and communication throughout the process was very difficult. Calls were often unanswered, and responses were inconsistent. More concerning, my profile was withdrawn in November 2025, but I was not informed until February 2026, only after I followed up myself. I did not receive any notification at the time, despite receiving other emails without issue. This reflects a serious lack of communication and follow-up. When I tried to escalate the matter and requested a resolution, communication became very limited. I eventually had to visit the office in person to get attention on my case, which should not be necessary for a paid professional service. Overall, based on my experience, there was a clear lack of accuracy, transparency, and communication. I would strongly recommend others carefully review all details and ensure full clarity before proceeding. I have provided detailed emails with supporting proof to these guys, yet I have not received any response. I have been following up consistently, and this lack of communication is unacceptable. I WANT MY REFUND.
