I contacted Jasmeen in February and paid to consult about my family's immigration options. The online system allowed me to schedule on a Saturday and when the appointment arrived, I was not contacted. After sending an email about the missed appointment, she did return my call. Despite providing much information about my family, it felt as if she was nit confident we would be able to find an immigration pathway. I was told I would receive some information via email that may help. 8 days later I emailed because the information had not been sent. I received one final email telling me information would be sent to me. It never arrived. It has now been nearly 9 months and I have not received any follow up. Perhaps she works well for other people who fit into a preferred population, but our experience was unsatisfactory.

Jasmeen was amazing to work with! She made the whole immigration process so much easier and always explained everything clearly. Really thankful for her support!
