By accessing and using ImmigrationRatings.ca ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ImmigrationRatings.ca is a directory and marketplace connecting clients with licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs). We provide:

• Consultant profiles and ratings
• Lead generation services
• AI-powered pathway recommendations
• Review and rating system
• Communication facilitation

3. User Accounts

For Clients: You may use the Platform without creating an account. Creating an account allows you to save consultants and track your inquiries.

For Consultants: You must create an account and verify your CICC membership to claim your profile and receive leads.

4. Consultant Verification

All consultants listed on the Platform are verified against the official College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) registry. We sync with the CICC database weekly to ensure all licenses remain active.

5. Fees and Payments

For Clients: Searching and browsing the Platform is free. You only pay the consultant directly for their services.

For Consultants: Subscription fees and lead credits are non-refundable except as required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews must be based on genuine experiences. We use AI moderation to detect spam and inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that:

• Contain false or misleading information
• Include offensive or discriminatory language
• Violate privacy or confidentiality
• Are posted by competitors or consultants themselves

7. Disclaimer

ImmigrationRatings.ca is a directory and marketplace platform. We do not provide immigration consulting services or legal advice. All immigration advice must come from licensed RCICs or immigration lawyers.

We do not guarantee immigration outcomes. Success rates and other statistics are based on consultant-reported data and should be used as general guidance only.

8. AI Services

Our AI-powered features (Pathway Advisor, Chatbot, etc.) provide general information and guidance. They are not a substitute for professional immigration advice from a licensed consultant.

9. Limitation of Liability

ImmigrationRatings.ca is not responsible for the actions, advice, or services provided by consultants listed on the Platform. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of consultant services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
