I had an extremely disappointing experience with this immigration consultant. What started off as a professional relationship quickly turned into something very unprofessional. The consultant tried to be overly friendly in a way that made me uncomfortable — constantly messaging at odd times and talking casually instead of focusing on my case. Worse, they kept demanding extra money without proper receipts or explanation, even after we had agreed on the fees initially. Every few weeks there was a new excuse for why I needed to pay more — from “file updates” to “urgent processing” — none of which were ever documented properly. The documents they prepared were also full of errors and incomplete, and when I pointed them out, they got defensive instead of fixing them. Because of this carelessness, my application got delayed and I had to consult someone else to fix the mess. This is not how serious immigration cases should be handled. People trust consultants with their future and hard-earned money — being friendly is fine, but crossing professional boundaries, making money demands, and providing poor documentation is unacceptable. I strongly suggest finding a licensed and truly professional consultant who respects your time, money, and the seriousness of immigration processes.
