2/2 FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR SERVICES: As mentioned earlier, no fee was paid before I signed a contract even though Morris was already rendering his services towards my application. MKC's service fee and its corresponding payment schedule is explicitly stated in the contract and rest assured you will not be charged anything beyond that amount (except for expenses that will be paid directly to third parties - medical, NBI clearance, etc). OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Morris was professional and I must say has a standard with the quality of the documents I am required to submit. He was thorough with the document checklist and the schedule I need to adhere to. A document "good enough" is not good enough. I remember having to rewrite my letter of intent to strengthen my work permit application with the IRCC. Once my obligations in the contract were completed, I know Morris fulfills his end of the contract because I get updates on my application even without hounding him. While he was strict with the documentary requirements of the application, he was friendly. He was approachable and never hesitated addressing the concerns I had during my application. He even went beyond his contract responsibilities. Before our arrival, he arranged for our residence in Canada, flights from our country of origin, and our transport from Toronto airport to our destination. I can say that I am extremely satisfied with the experience I have with MKC. Considering the pandemic, I didn't expect my journey to Canada could have been this smooth. But it was and for that I am grateful to have worked with MKC and Morris, in particular.
