I paid $1,793.75 to Neera without any signed retainer agreement, which was later confirmed by the consultant herself. After I requested a refund, all communication stopped completely, and I have been trying to recover my money for the past 3-4 months with no response. As of today, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. There was no accountability, transparency, or genuine effort to resolve the matter in a professional way. This situation caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to make any pre-payments, not to rely on verbal promises, and to ensure full trust and clear written agreements are in place before proceeding. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. This was part of my review which I deleted earlier. I attempted to resolve this matter privately and was willing to accept a partial settlement. However, I was asked to agree to conditions that I was not comfortable with, including limits on sharing my honest experience. I believe consumers have the right to provide truthful feedback based on their own experience, and as of today this matter remains unresolved.
