They also encourage people to leave positive reviews, which can mislead others into falling into the same trap. Once you pay your money, the games begin and their attitude completely changes. Please do your research before trusting them with your hard-earned money.

I would only recommend this agency if you are prepared to deal with extreme mental and financial stress. In my experience, they take full advantage of your situation, leaving you feeling helpless and trapped. I had no choice but to use their services due to my employer’s requirements, and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. They deliberately delay processing applications until the last minute, forcing you to chase them constantly—even after you’ve already paid. Communication is extremely poor: it takes days for them to return calls or emails. Even getting an appointment can take months after you paid the amount. In my opinion, their so-called 4.9 rating is highly questionable—they don’t deserve even one star. Unfortunately, I had no alternative but to continue with them. The staff are among the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. They show no regard for customer service and often come across as dismissive and disrespectful. They make you feel incompetent, as if you don’t understand your own situation. When my work permit was about to expire in two days, they were more focused on my PR (Express Entry) profile—something that was clearly a long-term process. Only after I insisted that maintaining my legal status was urgent did they finally start working on my work permit application, leaving me with almost no time. Another major issue is the lack of consistency. You are not assigned a single point of contact. Different people reach out on different days, each asking random questions, which creates confusion and delays. When I requested a meeting to address my concerns, I was told to simply email my questions instead of speaking to someone directly. There is a person, possibly the owner of the consultancy, named San Mahajan. He is one of the most unpleasant individuals I have ever encountered. He speaks in an extremely dominant and arrogant manner, making you feel as though he is the only one with knowledge and that you know nothing about your own situation. His attitude is dismissive and condescending, which makes any interaction with him very uncomfortable. Overall, this agency demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for clients. You are paying for a service, not a favor—and yet they treat you as though they are doing you a courtesy.

This is Ashwini Chauhan please do not trust AMK global for your visa approval or any other information regarding immigration process and I have been associated with AMK global since march 2024 it’s been 2years since then I have been trying to get my work permit approved and only answer get is wait and we cannot guarantee the IRCC decision the client coordinators have never been transparent about their process as my first refusal for work permit by IRCC was because my income is not high enough in my country of residency which is Dubai and they asked me to submit more valid proof on my return to my home country so I showed a strong tie and invested more money for the fees after investing 10lakhs INR. I was also asked to give ILETS again even it wasn’t mentioned in my refusal letter but when I asked is it still important for me to give Ilets as my score is higher than what is required they did not inform me and submitted my sop and documents this time without showing me what are the documents they are providing for reapplying. Wishing 1 week of reapplying I got my WP rejected again and now my LMIA is expires as well and all I get as an answer is we need to discuss this further. I would say do not waste your time and your valuable documents and money with AMK. Delayed process, no transparency and clearly never a strong response or opinion for approval or process. They will make sure you don’t get an answer from them bother will try to give a per me at solution. AMK is the worst company ever as u have been to other countries for job like America Dubai and never faced a visa cancellation before and never took 2 years for reapplying. And if the rules for immigration changes it’s the job for AMK to inform the client about the same but the do not proceed with such services only take money from the client for the services which they always fail to provide.
